Commercial headquarters
Quotation, approvals and scheduling run from King Palace Plaza, a building wired for the constant back-and-forth this work needs. It is the single point of contact between your team and the floor in Shenzhen.
Design, engineering and manufacturing in one accountable chain — from first concept to market-ready delivery.

Founded in 2000. Design, R&D and production sit in-house, so one team carries a programme from first sketch to packed watch — and one team answers for it.
Where we are
The two sites are not separate businesses. A brief taken in Hong Kong is drawn and tooled in Shenzhen and built on our own lines — one team, one accountable handover, from first sketch to packed watch.
Quotation, approvals and scheduling run from King Palace Plaza, a building wired for the constant back-and-forth this work needs. It is the single point of contact between your team and the floor in Shenzhen.
A components factory and a state-of-the-art assembly line, operated as Feishi Watches & Clocks. The factory design centre sits on the same site, so tooling, sampling and the production run never leave our own floor.
Inside the factory
Two production plants and two assembly facilities across Shenzhen and Hong Kong — over 3,000 m² and more than 200 skilled workers, with USD 2,000,000 of machinery imported from Japan, Germany, Switzerland and Taiwan.
Stainless steel and plastic parts made on our own lines, on machinery imported from Japan, Germany, Switzerland and Taiwan.
Plating, colour and finish matched to the brand's standards and signed off on samples before the run starts.
The repeatable steps run on automated stations, so tolerances hold from the first piece of a run to the last.
Dial and hand setting at the bench — the step that decides how a watch actually reads on the wrist.
Movement fitting, casing and crystal setting, Swiss or Far East assembly depending on the market the watch is built for.
Every watch is inspected and packed to the brand's own specification before it leaves the floor.
What we do
You arrive with a design and a specification. Our engineers turn it into something that can actually be produced at volume — tolerances, movement fit, case tooling, finishing — then build it under your brand. You keep the design; we take responsibility for making it repeatable.
Start from a brief rather than a drawing. Our design team develops the whole product with you — case, dial, movement, strap, buckle and packaging — models it in 3D for sign-off, and hands over a range that is ready to sell. Fastest route for a brand entering watches.
For licensors, we take the watch category off your desk entirely. Timexpose holds and operates the licence end to end — collection strategy, seasonal design, production, quality and supply into your markets — while your team keeps approval over everything that carries the name.
What we produce
Precise, styled and volume-ready — our largest line.
Japanese automatic calibres, exhibition backs, steel cases.
Health tracking and notifications, built with technology partners.
Bracelets, necklaces and earrings to match a watch collection.
